TERMS OF SALE

1. APPLICATION

These terms apply to inquiries, reservations, and purchase requests submitted through nanouherman.com, unless a different written agreement is confirmed by the gallery.

2. PRICE

Prices shown on the site are indicative of the artwork selected and may be confirmed again before fulfillment. Shipping, insurance, taxes, import duties, and destination-specific charges may be billed separately unless expressly included in writing.

3. INQUIRIES, RESERVATIONS, AND PURCHASE REQUESTS

An inquiry is a request for information and does not place an order. A reservation asks the gallery to hold a work while availability, payment method, delivery, and timing are confirmed. A direct checkout or crypto payment creates a purchase request, but the sale remains subject to manual confirmation by the gallery, including availability, transport feasibility, and any legal or shipping requirements.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are arranged by bank transfer (IBAN) or cryptocurrency. Where payment is initiated online, the request is transmitted through secure HTTPS / TLS connections. Receipt of payment does not by itself guarantee final acceptance if the gallery later identifies an availability conflict, a logistics issue, or a material error in the listing.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates only and depend on the artwork, destination, carrier, customs procedures, and any framing or handling requirements. International deliveries may require additional coordination. Taxes, import duties, customs charges, and similar fees remain the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Because many works are unique, fragile, custom-handled, or prepared specifically for a collector, cancellations and returns are reviewed case by case. If a purchase request is not accepted by the gallery, any payment received for that unaccepted request will be refunded. If a completed sale later raises a transport, damage, or fulfillment issue, please contact the gallery promptly so that an appropriate resolution can be reviewed.

7. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Information submitted through the site is used to respond to collector inquiries, reservations, payment requests, fulfillment, and related customer service. Nanou Herman does not sell or rent customer information. Data is handled with appropriate care for the operation of the gallery and its commercial relationships.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute concerning a confirmed sale and its performance is governed by the law specified by the gallery in the final written commercial agreement or invoice documentation.
