TERMS OF SALES.
1. APPLICATION
These general conditions of sale apply to all contractual relations between parties resulting from the online sale of products offered on the site nanouherman.com. They can only be waived by an express agreement recorded in writing.2. PRICE
The prices of the articles on the site are indicated in euros and VAT is not charged in the country of the seller on products produced by artists, however, import duties might be due in the country of the customer and which are at its charge. The price of the items including shipping are clearly indicated on the order summary.3. ORDERS
After selecting the desired items and before confirming the order, a summary will appear on the screen, which shows the selected items and the total price owed by the customer. The order will only be fully validated after payment by the customer. Nanou Herman reserves the right not to validate the order in the event of:- existing dispute (s) with the customer;
- total or partial non-payment of a previous order from the customer;
- refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from banking organizations.
4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely via bank transfer (IBAN) or cryptocurrency. Your payment data is processed through secure HTTPS / TLS connections. After payment, a summary document of the order is sent to the customer by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated on the order and at the latest before delivery.5. SHIPPING
We do everything possible to ensure that the order is shipped within 5 days of validation of the order. This deadline is given as an indication and its non-observance does not therefore open any recourse on the part of the customer. Duration of transport after dispatch:EU member countries: 1 to 5 working days.
If the parcel does not reach you within these times from the shipping date, contact us on the website form. However, Nanou Herman can in no way be held responsible for any delays in delivery. For deliveries outside the European Union, you must take into account any additional costs (taxes, import duties or customs duties). These costs will be billed to you directly by the carrier.
